Buffet Luncheon Exhibits


The STA Board of Directors would like to extend an opportunity to all of our vendor friends to communicate directly with this year's conference participants. The Buffet Luncheon Exhibits offers an opportunity for you to display your innovation and it also helps members stay abreast of industry developments.

This is a focused event, placing emphasis on the exhibitors. Don’t miss this opportunity - make plans to exhibit!

You may distribute your Company's literature or discuss your service capabilities during and after this luncheon. Space limitations cause us to request a quick response in the event you decide you would like to participate.

Registration & Fees
In order to be an exhibitor, you must be fully registered for the duration of the conference. No one will be admitted into the Luncheon without a conference badge.

The cost for a Vendor Table is $1,500.00, but tables are FREE for Conference Sponsors.

Set-Up Information
Set-up for the Buffet Luncheon Exhibits will be held from 10:00 am – 12:00 noon on Wednesday, October 25, 2017 in Salon III.
Exhibit space will consist of a standard 6' x 30" draped table. Please note that exhibits cannot exceed 8' in width.
Set up must be completed prior to 12:00 noon, and tear down will take place immediately following the luncheon.
