Debt Securities Committee

Mission

The Debt Securities Committee is an assemblage of STA member transfer and paying agents focused on the unique processing characteristics of debt securities, working collaboratively to examine the impact of regulatory rules and industry changes related to the operational processing of all debt securities.

The committee will:

Create a forum to converse and seek consensus on industry guidelines
Create a recognized and established forum to support debt agent operational activities
Support STA's global mission of providing representation and leadership for all transfer agent members, closing the gap for debt agents
Utilize (or leverage) STA resources to support the committee's goals
